...this win was really about the team coming together. Nice job by the coaching staff and players, maybe playing with a little chip on their shoulder is a strong motivator.
It was very exciting to see how the team seemed to play as a "unit" on both sides of the ball. You could almost see the confidence building as the game went on.
IMO, that was the first brick in building our new foundation!
Again, I know Shitattle lost a few players but what Morris did with that defense in the second half was historically good. I am not sure the game would have been much different even if they didn't lose this players.
I am not going to diminish what Morris and that Staff did just because Shitattle lost some players.
IMO, Morris, Lake and Pleasant still deserve a standing ovation for that game! And the players were amazing too!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
