On two plays early-on Tutu was covered tight by a DB who kept position on him; nullified his speed. On those routes (I'd have tosee an all-22 replay to be sure) he was picked up 1:1 off the line.
After that, he got free on routes where he was part of a scramble and came free - I don't know the language for each play, but the routes confused the DB's wondering who to cover. Sanchez pointed out exactly what happened on Tutu's wide-open grab in the middle, late in the game.
When and if he develops the moves to shake that 1:1 defender ala Kupp/Nakua, his speed will kick in and he'll be gone. Yesterday he couldn't muscle his way past a bigger defender who had position on him.
At least that's what I saw... anybody got a clarification? JY53? Alyo?
