I’m not saying he’s going to run the ball like it’s the 1970s. But he has totally changed his focus on the run game. Before the draft strategy was to pick OT types and move them inside to guard.

Now he’s drafting and trading for maulers! I do anticipate that the run game will finish in the top 3rd of the league, largely due to addressing it. How many other coaches make such a strategic shift over an offseason?

He’s always willing to learn and I think it’s one of his greatest strengths. I hope he’s rewarded with a season that fits his retooling.
