One man's "tanking" is another's "retooling". The former carries an odor of unacceptability to it and the latter is acceptable. Since no team intentionally orchestrates a loss they mean the same. Although there are some who will always argue that was behind the team's ability to get NFL approval for the move to St. Louis.
For me it will be a very interesting season. I will enjoy a win but I won't "suffer" a loss.
