They might have a "talented" team but that "talented" team has also consistently underachieved and might have actually won something if they would have hit on at least 2 of those 3 first rounders!

It is a major mess up by the whiners and Lynch should be fired for it but he won't because of the other talent that is there.

If Snead would have done this, he would've been roasted for it...and rightfully so!
