As Jourdan has said, you don't really want a WR3 by committee because constant substitutions can slow down tempo and also provide tells to the defense. Skowronek and Nacua have much more versatility than Atwell. And assuming either Johnson or Robinson emerges as a contributor Atwell could very well slide down the pecking order to WR6.
