McVay has a lot of pieces to play with.
What if... he goes 12 personnel, two WR two TE more than he used to? Or motions Kyren Williams to the line with four WR's already on the field? That's before we get to down-and-distance, field position considerations, or creating mismatches with opposing defensive backs.
Where will Tutu fit into all of the possibilities, and which playcall has the best chance to succeed in a given situation?
In my mind it boils down to down and distance first with Tutu. He's a deep threat or maybe someone who can turn upfield off a drag route if he has running room, or maybe a jet sweep guy.
That's essentially it for Tutu's playbook, as far as I can see.
