Impart the knowledge, attitude, and skills neccessary for subordinates to emulate your style while developing and implementing their own on their path to success. Kep communication open, exhibit and develop trust. Maintain an override position in critical areas; define areas of collaboration and roles/relationships from the outset; maintain administrative authority but lean toward collaborative/democratic team mindset and operation.
