Look at KOC and how he flourished under McVay 1.5 years ago - that's the model (and shoes that Coen could not fill). KOC both led the QB room, oversaw the weekly gameplan and even called a play or two. I still remember McVay saying "Great call" as he hugged KOC after a TD in the playoffs. But I'm getting old and can't remember the exact game. Lol
