I think the goal is playing through 2024

I don't see Stafford playing until he's 40. I think they want (and need...) to get quality play from him this year and next and have him retire in 2025 (which would be a $37M cap hit with $13.5M in cap savings).

I do believe if he can stay healthy and has reasonable OL stability in front of him he's still a top-10 QB in the league. Top-12 at worst.

  I agree, I think 37-38 or so, the unknown factor is concussions
