He surely wasn't going to say anything negative, was he? lol
True, but he didn't HAVE to say "I kinda like it." He could've just said that "the new guys will have to step up" or some other cliches and left it at that. I get the sense he actually does feel that way.
That's why I said "It sounds like he is ready for the challenge! Let's Go!!!"
As I said earlier, I hope we see a very "engaged" AD this year helping out the younger kids with his experience and knowledge. I want to see him "engaged" with the team when things are going tough. Don't just sit there, get involved like leaders do.
I would be nice to see AD acting almost as an additional coach. Since Von Miller isn't here to get in AD's ear to tell him how to be more of a leader, he will have to do it on his own. Be more vocal. More "engaging" with other players, etc.
Don't get me wrong. I am not saying AD isn't a "leader". He is. IMO, he could be a "better" leader and it starts this year because we need every bit of his leadership ALL season long!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
