I see the Rams taking this approach

2022 was NOT a rebuilding year. It was a year to make a repeat run.

2023 was the plan for a rebuilding year.

Injuries totally destroyed that plan last year. Especially O line, but then Injuries to Stafford, Donald, and Kupp just shut the door.

So 2023 was going to be a rebuild year anyway. Plan continues on. Draft a starting QB in 2024, Stafford retires or moves on in 2025.

Won't be any F them picks this spring or in 2024.
