During McVay's time, and 2 OL coaches, we've pretty much failed to develop young OL.
Havs predates McVay.
Corbett and Whit came in with experience.
Allen is pretty much the same, but still underwhelming.
Edwards got a little worse
Evans got way worse.
Perhaps Shelton is better?
So if our new coach can't do any better developing teh young guys then I think we should go the FA/trade route.
