It's a no brainer AlbaNY

AD would be my first choice. Maybe he would be ok with it since they let him basically have off the last 6(?) games of the season last year?

I can't imagine why any player wouldn't jump at the chance to restructure as I have laid it out.

Take AD as an example:

Donald has a $15M roster bonus and he will get that really early in the 2023 league year: a restructure won't have much effect on when he gets that money. But his salary is another story.

As it stands his $13.5M salary will be paid out in 18 installments over the course of the season - $750,000 a week thruout the 18 week season.

But if he converts $12M of that salary to a signing bonus he gets that $12M when the restructured contract is signed (in March?) and then the remaining $1.5M would get paid during the season, basically $83,333 a week.

The restructure would essentially be a $12M advance on his salary with no downside that I can see. What's not to like?

I hope AD will see the same way as it will benefit him as well by being able to build back a better team and increase the chances of his last year(s) playing for another shot at a SB.

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
