He's too slow to play safety. He is too small to play linebacker. You don't rotate with Wags at all and Jones plays nearly every snap too.
Plus, Rapp is an UFA and so is Scott, who is better. Kendrick is also too slow and the reason he fell so far to us. Can't have slow guys throughout your secondary. I'm also not so sure that Rapp splits his fan base right down the middle. I would say 80 percent will be happy he leaves and even happier if we get back a comp pick.
