I guess he could do that. And it would probably be good if he did. But if he's rehabbing/working out in Pittsburgh it might not be practical.
1, he could be working out in L.A. if he wanted to.
2. the man has more money than GOD. He could afford to take a private jet plane with his whole family on game day and fly back afterward if he wanted to.
I agree he the right to do whatever he wants but he is the public eye as a professional athlete so his actions on and off the field will be under a microscope.
I also agree it would "would probably be good if he did" show up to cheer on his teammates. He could have done it for only a game or two if he's too busy and I think most people would feel better about his absence.
I agree with 43 and the others. It's not a good look IMO.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
