Ramstien
Well, if Morris is still the DC it is not going to matter what kind of shape Donald is in because opposing QBs will be getting the ball out in 2 to 3 seconds just like last season.
Actually, I think you are being generous Ramstien. QB's are getting the ball out in closer to 2 seconds than 3. That makes it almost impossible to get to the QB before it's out so does it really matter who your pass rushers are?
Some people kept saying "well, Morris has no pass rushers. If he had a legit pass rusher this D would be great!" Please name me one pass rusher who can get to the QB in less than 2.5 seconds...consistently. Just one!
Guess what. There isn't anyone like that. Lawrence Taylor and Reggie White couldn't get there that fast!
It's undeniable. Morris's scheme is basically a prevent defense. It's a "scaredy-cat" scheme. He's too afraid of not being able to game plan anything better with the talent he has to work with. So, just keeping everything in front of you is the safest bet. Let them complete the pass...then go tackle them! Problem is, we're not very good at tackling sometimes. lol
Our "scheme" is a reflection of the DC. The Charmin Shell is as soft as a Morrishmellow!
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
