Seems these days, eeeeeeeeeeeeverything has some sort of clinical name. The more I read, see and think about it, I think McVay is simply working too hard and just simply worn out. It's nothing that Dr Phil has to analyze. I tell ya, if today's society had its way, we'd ALL be medicated for something. I'm in NO WAY saying mental ilness should be down played. My Mom suffered from Clinical Depression most of her life. I saw many people in a bad bad way while a Firefighter. I'm talking about a kid that is "diagnosed" and medicated simply because school bores him. Mental health as an excuse for every Criminal out there. Sometimes, kids are just bored and struggle in school. Criminals are simply often POS and evil. AAAAAND....Sometimes people work over their heads in an already stressful job.
McVay simply needs to step back and or delegate.
