yes, and no one gives a crap when and if they need a break.....that's why McVay is struggling with this decision, it effects so many other people and thousands of fans

I think it goes much much deeper than stress, but none of us know what's going on in McVay's life or head, so it's best not to try and act like we do or compare him to Costco managers
He could walk away today and I'd still have nothing but respect for the man..... all we can do is hope he can figure out to get through this and come back fully committed but not fully consumed by it
