Not nearly as impressive as KS's. He hasn't had as much coordinator or experience working with qb's as Shanahan. Actually its not even close. IMO McVay would be a HUGE gamble.by laram - RamsFootballFans.com

It doesn't appear that they have "instinctively reached" for any one particular area. If you notice they have OC's, DC's, a ST's coach and DB coach on their interview list. So I would say they are taking a well rounded approach and open to varied affinities. Lastly I don't believe you will find many instances where a HC didn't bring in an OC or DC that didn't align with his pby laram - RamsFootballFans.com

He's a more grounded and balanced playcaller. Everywhere he has gone he has catered to his players strengths and built his offenses around them. He doesn't try to force feed. You won't see him dropping back to pass 100 times asking his RT with one arm, to pass block the best pass rusher in the game with no help. Quoteno name QuoteOhiorams Amen on that, you ever notice when the Rams Offense is doing good the Def fold, when the game is speed up his scheme suffer. In his defense, playing with a lead is not something he's had the luxury of doing. Defenses always look great when they maximize the percentage of what the opponent's playbook is. Lemme cypher it for you Jethro. Yeah I know there is more than one way to get respect, that was essentially the root of my retort to you. I offered alternatives to your age discrimination. Josh McDaniels Prefers 49ers’ HC Job January 6th, 2017 at 6:59pm CST by Connor Byrne Contingents from the 49ers, Jaguars and Rams will travel to Massachusetts on Saturday to interview Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels regarding their head coaching vacancies. QuoteRockRam I don't think the Rams are under any obligation to let him go. And I seriously doubt that GW has any real heartburn over Fisher being fired, although I'm sure who becomes the next HC does matter to him. But there's no reasonable way that the Rams can hold Williams up from getting a new job for very long.
