It doesn't appear that they have "instinctively reached" for any one particular area.
If you notice they have OC's, DC's, a ST's coach and DB coach on their interview list.
So I would say they are taking a well rounded approach and open to varied affinities.
Lastly I don't believe you will find many instances where a HC didn't bring in an OC or DC that didn't align with his philosophy.
The one's that do are generally not very successful.
