Mind you, I think we could probably generate a substantive definition of "team culture," but, however we define it:
1) We, as fans, have remarkably little access to it, so "culture"-centered fan diagnoses strike me as pretty random
2) "Culture," however defined, certainly isn't all that matters to team success and failure
3) If the underlying argument is that a fluctuation in "team culture" between last year and this year helps explain the slippage from 13-3/Super Bowl to 9-7/missed-playoffs, I think that's super farfetched.
