I absolutely loath what these high school offenses that now dominate college programs have done to the game and QBing at large. And every year we get the same things coming from their college coaches that run these rinky-dink systems about how much the QB's really do in their offense. It's propaganda so that they promote their guy and don't scare off future recruits, but the pundits and fans all buy it hook, line and sinker.
What's worse, the supposed reasons that he isn't ready. Didn't play under center, didn't make line calls, didn't call plays...whatever. Prescott's in the same boat and he doesn't look lost. So is it Goff that is struggling or the coaches who aren't preparing him?
Neither option is too inspiring.
