QuoteSpeed_Kills <snipped> Of course this game is being shown on the NBC affiliate in both Miami and KC and surrounding areas....not sure if people realize that Yep, I suspected as much. But for the teams that have a large national following (i.e. Dallas, San Francisco, etc.), I don't think that they'd get away with this. Yeah...I broke down and coughed up the $6 too. But I get 'gators point, too, though. I get the demographic that the NFL/Peacock is shooting for. But I can't help but to think of some older Chief/Dolphin fans that'll miss the game. Not because they don't have the $5.99 for a night, but because they might not have a smart TV or the patience to navigate downloading the app and everything. Helby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

My nephew proposed to his girlfriend yesterday afternoon at the beach in Malibu and wanted both families there to celebrate (I guess he knew she was going to say "yes" ). ^^ This right here ^^ Assuming we get out of the game with no significant inj_ries, I'd be more than good. To me, the team has been playing with house money once it was clear that we were going to be .500.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteramBRO QuoteRams43 That ownership is toxic. I thought that Snyder sold the team. Did the new group screw up already? Considering that the Commanders would be in position to select one of the top QB's, I'd think that that would be a good spot as a new QB (with Bienemy as OC) likely buys a new HC at least 3 years...unless you're Frank Reich. obviously, WE know that it's an issue. But for most media, THE issue is Stafford vs Goff. It's hard to get around that. I'm sure that they'll mention a blurb right before kickoff or when the Rams have like...a 4th & 3 situation at the Lion 30-yard line. But since you raised the kicking/media issue, let me ask you a question: If ESPN/NBC wanted to spotlight the Rams' kicking issue aby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com

Although I believe that Hoecht is a good player, I don't see him as anything more than depth. I'm not gonna slight the guy (because the numbers are the numbers), but I wonder how many of those sacks came as a result of him actually beating his man vs being the beneficiary of good downfield coverage. And he's not the only one I'm asking that question of.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamsDynasty <snipped> This week to bolster edge rush for playoffs. (LOL!) Bolster? It looks to me that Miami simply needs bodies at edge after losing both starters AND a primary backup at the position. I don't think that they'll be situational players. They're gonna have to log some serious snaps and I'm not sure if they (or Melvin Ingram) have anything left in the tank.by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Please...no more topics of prior good favor for us. OTOH...Detroit has played the run very well all season long! And the Lions have been unaffected by the flu/Covid thus far this winter too!by ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 <snipped> Thoughts? After watching it a second time, do you have any thoughts on what's occuring with the coverage busts on the explosive passing plays? QuoteLeoram <snipped> Staley failed to find answers to how offenses would attack his system. Perhaps. But I'm wondering if we're overlooking other aspects to the defense's great performance under Staley for that one year? 1) McVay hired him because he was enamored with how Fangio was able to shut down his offense the prior season. That clearly resonated with him and he wantby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote3030 Belichik knew that he could rattle Goff by forcing pressure up the middle. Goff doesn't like to see it coming. (What QB does??) Unfortunately, Detroit has a better interior line than we had during that Super Bowl. That said, that's still the best way to throw him off his game. (Then exploit his small hands for strip sacks. QuoteCarolinaRam SF knows the rookie record is on the line. Do they double Puka from the get go just to prevent him from getting the record? I'm afraid they will go after him physically and try to knock him out of the game! I would't put it past those guys. Were I ranking the match-up from "easiest" to "toughest," it'd be: 1) Detroit: Though the Lions are a very good team that's had a good season, they're still young and don't possess a lot of playoff experience outside of Goff (who is just as likely to melt under the spotlight than shine). Man...dude is just throwing BB's tonight. Of the four QB's playing in the semis today, MPJ is CLEARLY the best of the lot as he's showing: accuracy to all levels of the field (especially deep); arm strength to complete passes to the wide side of the field; and, different arm angles to get passes off.
