Rams Did Everything Possible To Lose Today...And Almost Succeeded

Grateful for (yet another) win, but I still have some questions and comments:

1) Ahhh...so "Bad Stafford" re-emerges in Week 16, eh? Hopefully it's just a guest appearance.

2) Can someone please explain to me (again) why we declined to re-sign Gay? Was that one of those "penny wise...dollar foolish" types of things?

3) Good to see McVay calling run plays inside the red zone and gosl-to-goal situations.

4) Back to #2: So, not only is the K situation costing us points on TD's, it has to also affect decision-making when the Rams' offense crosses midfield.

5) Why on earth was Morris dialing up pressure when it was pretty clear that the Giants couldn't move the ball on their own without brewing something up? He was essentially begging them to make create explosives...and guess what? They got one. Completely unnecessary.

6) Just poor, poor ST's. Bad kicking game...bad K/PR coverage...and it seems as though Trammel's prior ball-security issues have resulted in him being directed to only fair catches? Glad he can field those, but that's not really helping out the offense much. Like Matt Gay, was Brandon Powell asking too much to be re-signed?

Oh, and #7) Would luv to have TT as a back-up QB. Not gonna workout if you need him to start for 17 games. But man...if your starter goes down for 4 games with an ankle or hammy, your offense is in great hands with him.
