QuoteDeadpool <snipped> I can see the Bears ransoming that first pick to Washington or NE, and taking Harrison Jr to pair with Fields since they were teammates at Ohio state and Harrison is generational. QuoteRam_Ruler Once his tape is picked apart, the scouts will sour. He checks some boxes, but I don't think I ever saw anything from him that made me think he was more than managing a good team at Michigan. National championship run kinda confirmed that for me too. I just can't think of a single stretch where he put his stamp on the game. My sentiments as well. Aside from 7 - 12 yard passesby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
I wouldn't completely rule it out - especially if Penix, Jr. falls out of top-15 due to injury concerns. Despite his performance in the NC game, I think that McVay would love his accuracy to all three levels of the field. For this to happen, though, the Rams would have to believe that 2024 is really their last shot at a Super Bowl with all of their foundational pieces. QuoteJimYoungblood53 QuoteRampage2K- It was clear early that our four man rush was NOT even getting close and Goff was allowed to easily pick us apart Why did it take so long with three straight TD drives to figure that out?!!! only 6 passing situations---three third downs, a 2nd and 25 and and a fourth down and 5 Jones as LOS for all 6, rushed 5 but didn't beat his man, nor did anyoneby ramBRO - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteSpeed_Kills <snipped> This game did not unfold the way I expected it to. The Rams more than held their own on the road in that hornets nest!! QuoteStafford9 Which players that will be second year players on the Ram's defense are you impressed with, and which ones would you cut or trade? Obviously impressed with Turner and would like to see if Young can develop to win more of his 1-on-1's. I'm concerned that he (Young) might be a coverage-sack artist. Outside of those two... As much as we hate it, it's a legal hit. That was my impression as well. Can't glean too much due to the significant personnel on both teams. But off the top of my head: 1) McVay called a balanced game with Hendu doing an OK job at RB. 2) Early on, Stafford was locked in on Kupp before beginning to spread things around in the 2nd quarter. 3) Like everyone else, Detroit's offense seemed to spam Troy Reeder.
