QuoteXXXIVwin Well, my #1 concern heading into the game was Pharoh’s shoulder. Wonder if that was a big part of his bad game, especially with ball security. Also, in fairness, Pharoh was in no way at fault for the game-changing first turnover, is that correct? Can’t bear to re-watch the play just yet He accepted responsibility for the first by not yelling "Poison" telling theby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
Quote9er8er It's dismissing it out of convenience, but there is no better explanation for them playing their worst game of the season after tanking a game intentionally. The theory that said it was the right thing to do held that the Rams would be fresher and sharper than a battle weary Falcons team. But the evidence in plain view last night was that it was the Falcons that were more ready to pby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com

QuoteRampage2K- Was listening to the post game show on the way home last night and they pretty much laughed off that theory that resting the players last week was wrong. Btw, P. Cooper played last week and was one of the biggest reasons we lost last night.:banghead Agreed 2k. Coop was one of the main reasons we lost. He was directly responsible for gifting them 13 ponts. Heard that said a lot about our D this year. Zimmer in Minny said he felt he could run on our "undersized" D. Heard the announcers say it too. Do teams with "big" OL's have the advantage against us? Do we need to "beef up" the D? I think the DL needs some beef for sure. What about our LB's? Is that why Barron and Tree have some trouble getting off blocks? QuoteRamsfsninmd Cannot shake this awful feeling. The Rams played so awfully last night. It was terrible. I understand they are young, etc., but who is to say they will be good next year? Ask OAK, or DAL. Yes, SF might be much better next year and maybe ARI and SEA will slip, but maybe not. They looked so out of synch and playing from behind all night. Goff and McVay showed their inexperience. IMO, the turnovers is what set the tone and gave up 13 points that ended up being the difference. We are not "there" yet. Goff is still learning how to deal with top D's. Some of his passes seemed off too many times. McVay still gets into bad play calling at times and doesn't always seem to adjust to what the D is doing quick enough. I am befuddby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteMamaRAMa So much for continuity for our young QB. I mean, TWO years with the same coach would have been nice. Kinda disappointing to me. I just hope Goff doesn't end up like so many other QB's with a whole string of OC's and QB coaches on their resumes but not much else to show for it due to the constant churn. How much did Olson really contribute to the progression of Goff? Does anybodby Ramsdude - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteDavid Deacon Saffold got 2nd team for Left Guard. Cooper got 2nd team for Punt returner. Great representation and it will be better next year if we do well. Saffold has played GREAT this year and managed to stay healthy too. IMO, he should have been voted to the Pro Bowl as a starter. He has been a big part of Gurley's success this year as well. Quotejemach IMO, too many are too quick to judge a guy who has actually positively affected this team, this offense and helped us to get to 11-5. As I said, we wouldn't be there without him. QuoteRockRam I really didn't think it was possible....at least this soon. I've been as negative as anyone about this team over the past couple of years (under Fisher). But this is a really good team under McVay. Now it may be that they have achieved as much as they can in their first year of winning in a very long time. Quotegatoramos According to Alex Marvez If indeed Jon Gruden gets hired as @Raiders HC, source tells @sportingnews that Greg Olson is expected to leave @RamsNFL to become his offensive coordinator. QuoteL.A.Rams ...Tavon Austin looked like a clown in the 49ers game. There he was with his great big fat contract getting some playing time in a meaningless game, and he had a look on his face like one of the scrubs on a high school team getting into a game. I am so sick and tired of hearing about how great Gacrapolo is. I think I am going to puke from all the praise he gets here. I do realize he "could be" a good QB down the road. Per McVay, Pharoh Cooper did not practice yesterday due to a "shoulder"?? Hope it's not serious. Injured in that meaningless whiner game!! Just glad it wasn't any of our other top players. QuoteRams43 If the Rams lose vs the Falcons, it will NOT be because McVay rested 18 starters. I mean, that’s not only illogical, but it’s kinda silly.
