Besides the obvious (dark tops if other team is wearing light tops), what other factors are there? Player input? Trends/track record with certain combos?by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not a fan either, but we have won a playoff game in the blue before (Seattle last year).by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Obviously, being in the Divisional round of the playoffs should be motivation enough, but I have to think if the Rams know on Sunday they'll have the chance to extract FULL revenge on the Niners for the right to go to the Super Bowl, it has to take their motivation to even greater heights! Sunday 3:00 PM - Time for the Rams to send TB12 and his teammates on vacation....by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Simply incredible from start to finish. Probably the most profound post I have ever read on this site (and that's saying A LOT!) THANK YOU!!!!by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
When a future Hall of Famer shows you this amount of love, you've not only earned his respect, you must really have that "IT" factor as a player. Well done, Greg Gaines!by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
2008 vs. NY Jets (with Farve) @ Meadowlands. Worst sporting event I've ever attended in my life. It was BRUTAL. At time time I remember wondering if that was a record for largest halftime deficit in NFL history. (It wasn't, thankfully!) DARK times indeed!by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yep...it was so warm the day of the game that the kickoff temperature wasn't the lowest in Super Bowl history for an outdoor venue. IIRC, kick off temperature was 49 degrees (Namath looked a bit silly standing at mid-field with a mink coat on for the coin toss, but I get the history behind it!) Lowest temperature for a Super Bowl (excluding ones held in a dome)? Supe VI in New Orleans (Tulaneby NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Not sure how it looked on TV, but there was no defender within 15 yards of Jefferson when the ball was released. Stafford HAS to see opportunities like this come playoff time. If he his Van there, the outcome might have been almost the same as if he had connected with OBJ. 100% correct. Huge momentum shift at that point. Place was rocking. Fortunately we weathered the storm!by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Saleh said it was a miscommunication. According to him, play was supposed to be end-around to Braxton Berrios (which is still a questionable call tbh). If what you're saying is true, I guess Saleh didn't want to fully throw the kid under the bus. Shouldn't have even come down to this. Kicking the FG was the play. Jets got too cute and it cost them.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
The two point conversion play was the same one that worked vs Packers in Divisional playoff game last year. (Van caught it and pitched to Akers). OBJ slipped when he planted to catch the ball on Sunday. Probably threw timing of the play off.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Btw - does Gaines emergence make SJD expendable?by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Just scored two tickets on Club level for $150 a piece (Ticketmaster), Section 209. Going to head down with my s/o. Personally, I'm glad game is now 1 pm (work on Monday lol), but I'm sure the players preferred the original 4:15 start. If you're interested in connecting for a few mins before the game starts, shoot me a PM.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Right with you on this, AlbaNY. Was nodding from beginning to end too! Folks, some time down the road, you are going to long for these days with "ugly" wins, double digit win seasons, etc. If someone in 2002 told me that beginning in 2004 we wouldn't enjoy a winning season for over a decade, I would have told them they were beyond crazy. Just sayin' This COULD be our 2002 now...by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Quotenicecatchellard You go for two it was the right move to me. Even though unsuccessful you out it on the line at the end of the game you just scored so momentum is in your favor. You have two yards and one play to go for win. If you don't make it you deserve to lose IMO. No guarantee that you are even going to get a shot in OT never the less at the 2yd line. At the end of the game take the chaby NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com

Two SB wins...two legendary plays during those two wins (crazy escape from sack to hit Tyree in XLII and the most amazing throw you'll ever see to Manningham late in XLVI). Without his SB success, I doubt he gets in. However, Plunkett won 2 SBs with the Raiders and still is not in, so who knows?by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com

Not turning this into a history forum, but.... It wasn't them...It was an island nation about 5,500 miles east of them.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Interesting, but I see this as nothing more than a coincidence. After all, the players for '99 and '01 are all between their mid-40s and early 50s now - no bearing on the current team. Nothing correlates between those teams and now...the players are different... the uniforms are different...Heck, even the stadium is different! Would love to see us lose "close" when we do, but to suggby NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Jets made it to back to back AFC Championship games mainly by having Revis take away one side of the field. If you have an elite corner (and Ramsey IS one, the strategy works).by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
True, but he is also the youngest...That needs to be factored into the equation.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
This all sounds good on the surface, but how do you folks feel about a coach changing (or significantly modifying) his system to fit the "needs" of one player (11 personnel to 10 personnel)? Not sure I'm a huge fan of that. Second, and perhaps more importantly, our offense just got dog walked by the Titans. Teams watched the film and are licking their chops. Do we really want to goby NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Wolford didn't suddenly "forget" how to play the game. When he has time to prep as QB1, he has been solid. Let's see how any of us do at our jobs if we are suddenly surrounded by "second string" personnel.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
With this said, is it fair to assume he'll be gone before the trade deadline?by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Never has one man dominated top flight receivers like this guy. Take his 2009 season (when he was ROBBED of Defensive Player of the Year). These are his week by week stats in man-to-man coverage: Receiver Receptions Yards Andre Johnson 4 35 Randy Moss 4 24 Justin Gageby NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed! While I am impressed with his speed and agility, he drops a lot of catchable balls. Not sure if it's a concentration issue, but it's a problem he has had since his rookie year.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
Thanks for the info AlbaNY! I cannot believe he is this affordable. Let's get it DONE!!!by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
I highly doubt the Pack will view us as a trap game. They have HFA aspirations just as we do. They want to put us in a position to have to return to the "Frozen Tundra" in January. They will be extremely motivated to take care of us on Nov. 28th.by NJRam715 - RamsFootballFans.com
