Very impressive. I couldn't believe how well they played on both sides of the ball. Stafford was nails, the OLine was strong, and how about Puka! He reminds me of Kupp in how he runs and catches the ball. Can't wait to see both of them on the field at the same time. Let's not forget about Tutu as well, he had a great game. 1. Will the Rams be able to generate a pass rush? - No. We don't have the horses. 2. Can the young secondary hand with Seattle's receivers? - No. Not sure we have the talent and we don't have the experience back there. 3. I see a floor of 3 wins and a ceiling of 6 wins. Our defense is so young and inexperienced that it'll be hard pressed to stop the better offenses. I think the defense is going to make a lot of mistakes over the course of the season. On offense, we do have weapons and should be able to score some points. McVay won us a Super Bowl last year and had us in another just a few years before that. He is a great coach but he does seem off this season, I'll give you that. But to wish him to leave??? Are you serious? We're pulling guys off the street to play offensive line due to massive injuries. Now we have Kupp out, Stafford is probably out for a while, and nobody else is stepping up. What a game! I am so happy right now. I just finished a bottle of good wine with a buddy, along with a nice victory cigar. What a day. Stafford was NAILS on that last drive. Kupp was unstoppable, even when they knew the ball was going to him. And Donald...just like the end of the Whiner game...came up with the game clinching play on defense. Two bad McVay decisions and poor defense - 2 years ago
I think McVay made two very costly bonehead decisions. The first one was when the Rams had a 3rd and half yard to go and he calls a play where Stafford is in a shotgun with an empty set. What happens? Sack. Slimers get the ball back and get a FG at the end of the half, turning the momentum around. At least line up under center with a RB in the backfield to give the defense something to tby RamsFanSinceLA - RamsFootballFans.com
