always makes me think they went to Walmart during Halloween and bought the uni's there.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Most people today are looking for the 'thrill' rides... of which Disneyland has a few but mostly it's the 'theme'. My family loves the 'themes' so it works for us. I also love 'thrill' rides.... but not as much as I used too... for a rather sad reason - they don't 'thrill' me very much these days... not even the most wild rides.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
on Apple TV.... but no idea when it will be available. As well as it's doing in movie theaters it may be a long while before I see it. I'm not a good audience for airplane movies because I'm so caught up in the planes I barely notice any plot that may be involved. I'll be like, "yeah yeah Tom, whatever, get back to the planes".by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I'm still not sure I liked the loss of Woods and keeping (trying to keep), OBJ. No knock on OBJ... maybe I just have too much regard for Woods? Also... Woods should be ready to go for game #1.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Not that I don't know.... I just tend to forget while riding the ride. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I still wonder how many RAM fans understand how huge that victory was. I know they must, those on this board and many others as well... but it's so HUGE in my mind that I'm just not sure other's can appreciate it for the wonder it was... I have to just accept that they do, on Faith. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
I can't even describe my mental state. I was numb... not sure I had any thoughts. :laughing It was as close as I, personally, could get (I think), to believing the entire franchise was on the line. Which means, of course, Howard's Int. and the Ram's victory of the Niners in that game was one of the greatest victories for me in Ram's history. Hell, I'm still buzzing over that win.... surrouby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
not sure how anyone can think Stafford won't be a contender at this time, going in to '22.by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
was the most painful loss I think I've ever experienced. Sure... lots of other painful losses... no need to list them... but that 2nd loss to SF last year felt like armageddon to me, the collapse of civilization, equal too an all life ending asteroid impact. - JamesJMby JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
Who do you think is most likely to fail in 2022... or another way to say it - who is the most overrated?by JamesJM - RamsFootballFans.com
even had dance lessons.... until I was about 12. BUT... I play music, I'm on stage... so most of the time, by far, I'm playing the music and not on the dance floor. My wife always hated that aspect of me being in a band... BUT... that didn't keep her off the dance floor. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Is that what they call it? Something like that. My granddaughter wanted me to do 'duckie lips' on the Incredicoaster. This was my best attempt... but I don't know, I don't think I pulled it off as well as my granddaughter. And I didn't know duckie lips required two peace signs. My granddaughter failed me on this my first attempt.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I rarely, very rarely, visit Theme Parks when I'm traveling out of state. I've been to Tokyo Disney and... ummmm, maybe that's it? Well, some small carnivals. My favorites were: The Beer Tents/Carnivals in Germany during Oct. Fest. Nearly every city/town in Germany has a Beer Festival leading up to the main event in Munich. Those are FUN. Oompah Bands and Lager - does it get any better?by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Yup.. you said it well. We were there to have fun.... end of story. Oops..... Actually we were there for the dance competition. My grandson's love the dance competition. No, not what you're thinking. 95% of the dancers competing are girls/women. So my grandson's are in big demand. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I was texting Ramsrule when this guy walked by. This was very common.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Not even that long ago I could not only have kept up but I would have probably led the way. :laughing Fortunately we know Disneyland well and all the little tips and tricks to get around efficiently and pretty much escape the crowds... for example - I doubt if we waited more than 15, maybe 20 minutes for the biggest rides... usually less than 5 minutes. It's not just getting the Fastpass, (aby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
First - full confession. My family loves Disneyland. We are those annoying type of people that ‘feel the magic’ and fully believe their motto of “The Happiest Place On Earth”. That left more than a few of you shaking your head, no? :laughing That said… some, perhaps many, of the complaints I’ve read here and elsewhere regarding Disneyland are on point. Most notably the expensive. Itby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I was expecting that but not a one so far. But it’s early.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
And I’ll leave it to you guys to fight about. 8 Ram jerseys so far, or Rams gear anyway. No other NFL team 2 NBA T-shirts. I forget the team but not LA teams. 1 Oakland As. That’s it.by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
But I'm not a 'loyal' customer. :laughing Anything I can buy from a local merchant I will. But.... As you know I live in a very remote area.... many things needed we have to go to Fresno to get... an 80 mile round trip. So when Walmart opened in Kerman, a 30 mile round trip, it was GREAT. These days I seldom have to go to Fresno for shopping. Which leads me too: My doctor(s) are all iby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
Can't really express how shocked I was to come across this concert coming to Fresno, Ca. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons!!! I swear... I wasn't even aware Frankie was still alive. Don't attend many concerts these days... may have to go to that one. ALSO.. Tower of Power... ToP was one of those groups that changed my life... they took "Funk" to a level I didn't know was possiby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I don't know how to reply... about your Mom. Like I said, don't know what to say... I can only add - "I get it". - JamesJMby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
that's one great story... if it's not true don't tell me that because I want to believe it is. :laughingby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I get a new hat every trip to Disneyland... which means at minimum one per year, often 2 or 3. NOT the last couple years, however, due to Covid... this is our first trip to Disneyland, normally a yearly event, in two years. For example: I haven't even been on the new Star Wars ride yet... although some of my family has. As you know my family loves Disneyland.... (que Ramgator and the whinby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
no family home today, just me. That's a VERY rare situation.... and it means... well, if you can't guess then I'm very disappointed in you.... because it means music at the volume I want it at. I don't break windows these days... or rather, I rarely break windows.... BUT...I do, when given the chance, crank it up to levels most would consider unbearable. :laughing Yet another side topic:by JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
I know... I use very outdated terms. I'd wear that hat in a heartbeat. I can't say I have anything comparable although I do have some off the wall hats... some very creative Disney hats... (far more than simple mouse ears). I had a Goofy Top Hat that was KILLER but I lost it... or more likely someone stole it... probably one of my grandsons. I'm headed to Disneyland the day after tomorrowby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
you meant to portray 50 caps as a lot... but it isn't. :laughing I don't know how many caps I have... every business I've dealt with in my lifetime gives away caps... I'll take an educated guess... I have 500 caps. Could be a thousand, however. Over my lifetime and including caps I no longer have... I'd say 2,500. Sound ridiculous? I farmed for over 40 years. That's a mere 1 cap per weekby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
It all began, for me, in the army... having to wear a cap. After my discharge I continued.... but caps were standard for Farmers anyway... whether I had been in the Army or not. That continued for the next 30 years or so... mostly Ram caps but also various 'Ag' related caps, many. Then there came a day - - - - - - - I was looking at photos of my Dad's family, the old timers, and all of thby JamesJM - Bucky's Pub
