Not even that long ago I could not only have kept up but I would have probably led the way.
Fortunately we know Disneyland well and all the little tips and tricks to get around efficiently and pretty much escape the crowds... for example - I doubt if we waited more than 15, maybe 20 minutes for the biggest rides... usually less than 5 minutes. It's not just getting the Fastpass, (ability to get in a shorter line), but knowing how and when to use them.
BTW.... I sent a text, and photo, to Ramsrule while there because of a debate we've had on this board several times. About "Team Gear" being worn in the Disneyland area. The first day we strolled Downtown Disney... between the two parks of Disneyland and California Adventure... shops, restaurants, etc. I remember I had posted in those debates how I saw mostly Ram's gear while there and as we walked Downtown Disney I was amazed... it was almost entirely RAMS gear... in fact.... I didn't see a single other NFL Jersey that entire afternoon/evening. Can't remember just now, (I could check my text to Ramsrule but I'm too lazy for that), I only saw a couple of other sport teams represented but NOT NFL. And I had to have seen, I don't know, 50 various types of Rams gear.
that changed the next day when we entered California Adventure and the day after in Disneyland... BUT... It was still easily Ram's gear 10 to 1 over all other NFL teams combined. Another 'by the way'... mostly Donald... then I'd guess Stafford. It was late on our first day in the Park before I even saw Dodgers Gear... which shocked me. I expected to see Dodger gear everywhere... and I have no explanation for that, it makes no sense. We did, however, see more Dodger gear as time wore on but no where near as often as Ram's gear. The Dodger gear, btw, was almost entire caps, maybe a couple Dodger shirts/jerseys.
An I don't say this to dispute the LA area supporting all other teams... I think the SB Victory must have been a big reason for what I saw. - JamesJM
