The team can be the same but the ball bounces differently, or a deep throw gets better not caught. That's variance. When looking at a team's record pay close attention to one score games. If they did better than .500 in those games they are not as good as their record most likely. Using Ramsey unpredictably is very appealing to me. If the qb thinks he's just shadowing the other team's Wr1 , playing him as a robber or blitzer could be beneficial by taking the opponent by surprise. Donald should just rush the passer. Regarding Earl flipping off Carroll...nearly everyone that is a Seahawks fan supported Earl on that move. Earl is a legend. One of the best ever and a sure fire hall of famer. Dude just wanted to get compensated. He saw what happened to Cam, Sherman, Bennett, and Avril. He finally relents and plays on a his very team friendly deal. And boom. Get hurt. This is not a very interesting topic for me. But I will throw a few things out there. 1. Cam has never been accurate. Give him the spots outside the hashes and take away the less difficult throws with db leverage. 2. Patriots skill players are bad. The only player they have who can win a one v one is Edelman. Thanks for the pressures stats. I think diving into the why for these pressures would be very revealing. For one, Goff holds onto the ball. Not saying it in a bad way but he definitely is trying to make a play moreso than avoid getting hit. I think the mismatch idea is a bit overstated. Teams play the Rams 11 personnel mostly out of nickel. If we sub in Hopkins and take out Higbee or Kupp, Im not bringing a lb in. If anything, I'm more likely to go-to dime w Higbee out. Assuming Everett is in as well. Just don't see teams in base enough to get any advantage out of these no block receiving tight ends. This doesn't make sense to me. Woods and Kupp, are the same speed and better blockers than Everett and Hopkins.. I don't see defenses changing personnel based on whether the Wrs or those two Tes are in the game. Anyone have any ideas?
