I don't see a path to Dotson being on the team next year. The current Rams have a history of not paying second contracts for guards.

They will leverage the front office staff to find the next Dotson.

It is easy to see pay a good player. But if you pay Dotson that means you don't have money for other positions.

I don't know what I'd do if I was the decision maker. Keeping this offense complete is especially valuable given their performance. But I normally would not pay free agent money for a guard.
