Stafford YTD stats. - 1 year ago
59.7% completion percentage. 8 touchdowns, 7 interceptions. He's averaging 1 TD and 1 INT per game. He had a couple games with 1 TD and 2 INT's. I know Kyren was getting most of the TD's early, but let's face it...These are some horrible figures. Even aside from injuries, does this guy still have it? And say that Carson Wentz is the best QB on our roster. Is he better than a 30 year old Matthew Stafford? Maybe not. But I believe current 30/31 year old Wentz is better than current 35/36 year old Stafford. Stafford can't make it through a season. Have to be honest. The Rams were not prepared at backup QB and got lucky there is a guy out there with somewhat of a bad wrap that can play. I don't give kudos to anyone on the Rams for this. There should not have been a guy as good as Wentz sitting on the couch. And for all McVay touted to his buddy in AZ that he did good by picking up Colt McCoy, he did nothing to make sure we had a bacby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

Cowherd did a segment showing all the QB matchup's this week. With the Chiefs, Dolphins, and Eagles (Rams) on a bye, there is literally a bunch of no-name/lower tier QB's playing this week. Names like: Bagent Dobbs DeVito Howell O'Connel Levis As well as: Minshew Picket Wilson (Jets) Carr Heinicke Jones (Pats) Love In other words, there's not a lot of quality QB's outby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

I couldn't agree more that something was fishy. Especially the Bengals game. It's one thing to question all the biased ref's calls but then you actually start questioning if you're own coach is in on it. So weird. I have one more conspiracy theory to add... Similar to with Tebow, the fix seemed to be in on teams not taking a chance on him, due to his religious beliefs that don't mix wellby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

For the record, Wentz has never thrown more picks than TD's. Majority of his seasons were actually 3 or 4 to 1 TD's to Int's. His last year in Philly was bad (injured) and also his stint with Washington he broke his finger and was bad also, but they are a mess of an organization. Arm talent means he has the ability to make throws that others can't. It's a team game, and dude had injuries in Philly and Washington. Apparently Irsay knee jerked after the loss to the lowly Jags and demanded he be traded while coach Reich wanted to keep him. Watch the highlights. He makes some plays that not many QB's can make. Because, watching highlights, this guy has more arm talent than Goff or Stafford. Stafford has all the throws, Goff had limits, did not have all the throws. But what neither of them have is the touch pass. Wentz has a stronger arm than both guys so when he needs to throw a 30 yard pass with some touch he can effortlessly. Most of the money we owe is not on players we spent to win a SB. It's on the reward money we paid Stafford, Kupp and Donald AFTER we won. Kupp and Donald were under contract and extended, added a small amount of cap to restructure, but was mostly a reward. Stafford was rewarded. He never came to take less. Actually in the Bengals game I not only found myself questioning of the refs had the game rigged, but McVay as well. And I'm being serious. Not serious that I believe that happened, but serious that I was and am questioning it. It was odd. Something did not seem right.
