If you want to argue the comment about Fisher's losing record, just wait 2 weeks.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Water seeks it's own level. At 3-3, we won't look so smart.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com

Well, hopefully Ishtar replaces their star and puts in the rookie or that director is toast. Too many bad flicks in a row.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Agreed on 3rd and short. I want to see this offense opened up, but then they over think themselves. 3rd and 1 is a running down for this team.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Why bother faking the punt when they gave you three downs to get a first down and you threw for 2 yards on first down and ran the ball on 2nd down and then couldn't convert on third down?? Fisher was still trying to establish the run on that last drive.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Red zone= horrible annd what's with the 2LB formation instead of stacking the box? Plan A should have been to stop McCoy. How'd that work Greg Williams? Especially with starting lineman out. What was he thinking?by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I would say worse than Fisher's typical fake punt proving he has not grown one iota in 20 years, was the play calling on that 3 and out. 1st down, fine a blitz coming, hot read to Gurley. But then a run for 2 yards on 2nd down creating a 3rd and long?? Yes, with 3.5 minutes you can still mix in a run or two, but I swear Fisher is still trying to establish the run and get into manageableby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Yes, 100%. Aaron Donald is a luxury. We were a very similar defense before Donald, with Langford at DT. Yes, he's a beast, but DT is a way less impactfull position to a team than a top 5 WR. Yes, they have to double team Donald, so there is a domino effect if he's gone, but it's a no brainer for me.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Simple. They need to play Cunningham more. And we'll see if it's Gurley or the O'line, or both. I've been hesitant in today's NFL to put too much stock in a RB, but since Fisher's system requires a top 10 back to be successful, I was glad we got him. Fisher may Fisherball his way to some 7-9 bulls$#! If he continues to waste first down trying to establish the run.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I completely disagree with this topic on Brian Quick. The guy is a stud. The only issue he ever had was that Fisher wouldn't play him, and Fisher doesn't know how to use different receivers. He fired Givens because he said he was redundant due to having Tavon. Well, Tavon is quick but is not fast, does not get separation on deep passes. Givens did. Not redundant. Fisher tries to fit everyby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
He caught that pass, ran through the tunnel, and was never seen again!by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Apprently the sophomore slump has a lot to do with teams starting to stack the box,but I looked up ED and AP and they had very strong second years. So maybe Gurley is not a once in a generation RB, rather just a top tier RB in this league. If just top tier, then the Rams need to build an offense that includes him, but doesn't rely on him. Problem is, if teams have been stacking the box to stby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
The Rams run the most boring, predictable offense in the NFL. If that boring, low productive offense is also "complicated to learn" then someone needs to be fired and that system needs to go.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Get tired of all the "well I'm sure the team with all their scouts and years of experience know what they are doing way more than us armchair QB's". Ummm, no. They can be idiots too.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Clemens, Keenum, Cleelum, whatever. Same guy.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
One reason why Goff is not ready is that Fisher wants to run his system, and not adjust to the player, same way he did with Quick. There apparently is no flexibility. If we needed to start Goff tomorrow, why not implement some spread formation stuff that he is used to? And if Quick is dumb, then create some plays that he can run. But using the Quick analogy, Fisher's stubborness means tby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
My brother and I were texting during the game what a bonehead move to go for 2. Could have cost the game, luckily didn't.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Going for 2 when kicking the PAT would havve put them up by 12. He got lucky that Tampa missed the 2 point conversion so it washed the mistake, but had they converted that, they are down by 3 and Fisher should be fired. And yes, "technically" 1st place.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Well, for starters, he cheats. And even if it's mostly just that they watch enough tape to pick up on all the tells, and try to figure out the opponents hand signals, that's still going against the integrity of the game, IMHO. But he does win. As for offense, same deal. What BB does better than anyone is identify another teams weaknesses and build a game plan around that. You watch eby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Bradford went for 286, 2 TD's and 0 INT's. Foles looked pretty good in pre-season. Shawn Hill looked decent in his start. Fisherball is where QB's go to die.by kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
Sad, but true. Fisher is over-relying on Tavon. The last couple offseasons Fisher keeps saying "we need to find a way to get the ball to 11 more", as if that was the problem with this offense. This entire offense is based around Gurley and forcing the ball to little Tavon who is never open when running routes. He is quick, but he is not fast. He does not get separation. He isby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
My belief is that Fisher was told to trade up and draft a QB, but that it was his (and Sneads) call which one to pick. This is where the inept Fisher who knows nothing about offense picks the guy who he has heard is supposedly more "NFL ready" because he played against better competition than the "small school QB". Well fast forward 6 months and 1 guy is more ready. Inby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
So we dump a veteran QB that we paid 6 million out of 7 million due. The original thought was that we would keep him on the roster throughout the pre-season given typical injuries with other teams at QB, not to mention our own. So fast forward 3 weeks after Fisher cuts Foles and Romo and Bridgewater both go down. I think both teams would have had interest in Nick Foles. What would it haby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
I do take some exception to the fact that we are all supposed to accept the fact that Goff should not be ready at this point. One of the supposed advantages of taking Goff over Wentz was that Goff played vs. better competition and therefore would be more "Pro-Ready". Even with Wentz having a rib injury, I watched him in preseason vs. Tampa. Despite the interception, he at least alrby kw13 - RamsFootballFans.com
