Good news on the Eagles and Jags....we may get some more bargains :)by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
NO WAY. I see it when I be believing it. non-grammatical error. And, maybe this trade to the Bears started 'after' AD signed his contract, bec the Raiders be like "what, you ain't no Donald, Mack"!!! So, it took AD's contract to bring Mack to the Bears...saves Goff's season and Havenstein's pride, lol.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
@Ian Rapoport Verified account RapSheet The #Bears have permission to negotiate a deal with star Khalil Mack, and that has been ongoing since last night. They are the one team willing to go where the #Raiders needed them to go. This is happening.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Perfect guess on avg. Good job!by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
So, if they had to free up cash, for AD, then his 2018 salary is increased, too....maybe that is pat of the deal--meaning it can be lower in future years, because they raised his 2018 salary?? If these are the facts, then this is not an extension-am I right?by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Great article--thanks for putting up! It mixes the truth with the right optimism.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
2015 O line the last 4-5 games really came through--especially against Seattle on the road. 2007 was an injury meltdown, I had such high hopes when that year started.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
a) Ya, I think Ebukam is a key to the defense---an unknown factor. I have high hopes, but he reminds me of Terry Cousins--the corner who was always on his man like glue, but always gave up completions. Something is missing from Ebukam...he has all the skills, and he plays intelligently, too. I hope to be wrong. b) The O line: it is hard for me to understand their great success after 2007by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
The article shows many, many negatives about him as a person. The only redeeming part in the article is that he ran hills full speed last summer with a coach to get back his explosion. Overall, as person, he is very unimpressive as a "professional"---he is the anti-Robert Woods (anti-Whitewoth), or anti-Larry Bird. That doesn't mean he won't be in the pro bowl this year---but youby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Me, too. Going from practice to Week 1 intensity will mostly be a 1st quarter nightmare for timing....run, run, and run...no passes other than screens.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I take that back----Yes, the Rams could win a game with Mannion starting if they got TDs on punt blocks, or strip sack TDs and some 65 yard FGs, and they pitch a near shutout on D. (see 1983 Wk 16) People take advantage of someone with no confidence, no timing and so small in the pocket.--Mannion is so bad, the Ds would feast on him making him crumble. I can't recall someone as bad in the NFLby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I am convinced the Rams could beat NO team in the NFL with Mannion starting.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

yep-----I more than know having watched every game last year 2-5 times; and don't care about his pro bowl credentials....got a 3rd while you can. He won't do anything this year. We have the best special teams in the NFL--get someone else, and use the pick next year.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
DL/OLB: Lawler and Price both WON roster spots tonight. Lawler sets the edge with toughness and much like Longacre has a non-stop motor that will work in multiple spots as needed, but mostly looks like a strongside OLB. Price played his @$$ off and also can flip sides as depth and brings more athleticism. DL looks pretty set to me, no real changes that I feel were made off this game so lumping thby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
2 weeks ago I thought it would be a 'hot' time to trade Cooper. He has no discernible skills that make him valuable more so than any other avg return and 6th WR. He made some good punt returns last year....so what, so will his replacement this year.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Pretty good job, Jake....getting there. After 15,000+ memos I started to write 3 good sentences in a row...takes a while! a) I think they will try to stash Justin Davis...he might be better than Malcolm Brown....but, maybe we need a 'big' back who can pass block. b) Figure we keep one more O line because of Davis. c) OLB: And yes, the without Obo, we look really meage on the edge. They wrote that to give him a good kick in the butt.. he will peform well, I am sure....how well, I am not sure. 62 catches 1015 yards, 7 TDsby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Found this on a site, but can't post the link (bec ZN says rules don't permit): In what world does Arizona have a porous pass defense? Do you actually research before writing these predictions? Arizona has a good pass defense. Last year they ranked 4th overall defensively via DVOA, #1 vs run/DVOA and #11 vs pass/DVOA. The pass defense should be even better this season greatly helped out byby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteAlbaNY_Ram About backup QB "Jared Goff is the right quarterback to lead McVay’s system. He’s a timing and rhythm thrower, which helps in a scheme that emphasizes play-action." This is exactly why I don't think a change-of-pace QB (like RG3) will ever play for the Rams. McVay needs players that fit his scheme. Goff seems like a great fit. For better or worse the Rams backup QB uby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Great read---McVay compared to Belliboy and Saban says a lot. Staying away from burnout is the best thing for his Rams career.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I mean, it’s a practically perfect football environment for such a player, don’t you think? Yes, what an environment, and yet no change in his countenance at all---at all. Still drama answering easy questions....I mean, I have been arrogant from 15-40...and maybe beyond, lol.....but,I know my place sometimes at least....I was knocked down, too, like Peters. But, Peters shows no remorse for hisby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Everyone has their role. He is a top 5 corner--rare talent. What rookie makes the pro bowl at corner? And, his talent is as much mental, as it is physical. Additionally, emotional intelligence certainly mixes in with the locker room rep, and relationships, etc. If he plays his role well the first 8-10 games as advertised, and the Rams are 6-2 or better, he will get his nice contract extension.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Very interested to see him this season....game by game. First 3 games he might get hot, and then he will be what we know him as---not stableby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Except for the Rams, I had never watched H knocks. It is amazing this year....Anyway, if anyone wants, I have all 3 episodes if you want me to upload them with some links. The Browns have no leaders, except Jarvis Landry....a bunch of talented clowns....don't you miss the TJ Mac days of smart clowns?
