I never thought Marino was smart----watching him play about 30 games tells me this.....he ain't no Stafford :) Found this list while cleaning up: Wonderlic Eli Manning: 39 Jason Garrett: 36 Drew Bledsoe: 36 Aaron Rodgers: 35 Tom Brady: 33 Marcus Mariota: 33 Johnny Manziel: 32 Kliff Kingsbury: 31 Quincy Carter: 30 Troy Aikman: 29 Peyton Manning: 28 Ryan Leaf: 27 Robert Griffin IIIby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay is top 3-4 right now, and wayyyy ahead of P Carroll, lol.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Said he was the best tackle, maybe, he ever played with. 1991 broadcasting Rams Chargers game. Said he is 'still a volcano'by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Rams will miss Brockers big time....when he wanted, no one pushed him back, not 330 lb guards, no one...and he was a leader....but, he had his 9 years...he was a big reason Rams were good against the run last year. However, Ashaun has more power than him, and McVay will find a way; he has for 4 years, while Shanny hasn't for 3 of his 4 seasons. Shanny is the best OC in the game, but as a coachby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I think he is 'normal' business level, and that is 'good'...but yes compared to the NFL coaches he is amazing.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Like every word Merlin....though Edwards is very good, I think he is no pro bowler--still looks off in pass blocking too much...some times he is great in the run game, sometimes avg. Overall, for a 5th rounder, he is an A+ return. I am very unimpressed with Evans in pass pro...but he is lil bit of a mauler...him and Corbett would do wonders for the Rams interior. In fact, if Evans or Anchrumby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
ILB...not for the Rams, but D Jones in Atlanta made that D in 2017 and 2018....without him, bad. in 2-3 years we will see SS playing ILB (behind a fat DTs)by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Dude was a power house at RG, taking on Akeem Hicks and pancacking ( I think, lol)....we will be great in the run game....he played center a lil at Clevelandby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
no bend, no feel....very smart, has tools...will never make it....good risk pick...and the knee endured so much during practices...wowby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Steve Young did mostly avg work his first 6 years-1986-1991.....then his talent shined in 1992+.....hated him more than Montana, because you could stop Montana here and there, but Young had the feet and could move into position. I think Stafford, in the 'system' will be very, very good. Vinny Testaverde always had talent, but never accomplished anything until 1996--- a full 10 years in the leby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

Goff vs Stafford IN a clean pocket, (which is 30% of throws only) and with everything "in time" Goff can throw with anybody....Brady included...as he beat Brady on MNF football last year---and Goff really won that game....HOWEVER, four other losses the rams had: 49ers, Dolphins, Jets and Seattle were games in which almost any top 20 QB wins those games for the rams.....I think Goff isby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Van Jeff will take at least 30 more balls from Woods and Kupp. He is a riser. Woods and Kupp gotta be saved for playoffs. D Jax, Tuts, Higs and Cam seem about right in their dispersement. Staff with 35 TDs and 8-10 ints and 8.0 ypa...I thinkby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
They don't need much production. 8 games at 30 catches for 550 yards and 3 TDs....+ the playoffs and Superbowl. If he plays 12 games, wow! That is allllllll they need him for....they won a lot last year with the plodding WRs they had....just having him on the field makes the FS nervous.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Ben Skowronek- a poor man's Kupp. and, a perfect replacement for him. I saw him get behind people a lot...I was shocked. He can block in the hole some, and that is impt for Rams....Ya, he has to make it as the 6th WR this year, but even though other players were availble, I think they had their eye on him the whole time. Yes, it is easy to slate him in as a redshirt....but, I think the Rams havby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Cooks can run patterns, Atwell can not. Cooks has like 1,000 yards in 5 of last 6 seasons. Cooks is also tough as nails. At well, what, could Tutu be tough at, at 155 :) ---ok I tried there lolby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com

I resaw the 1989 NFCC, every single play...Rams D played tough until the end of the 4th....for me, it was not even near a bad defeat...Rams played well against an all time great team. ravens 2019 loss was disgusting....and 1978 NFCC was the saddest bad loss...all the others were deserved, lolby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
finally, someone who thinks like me :)by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Kennison couldn't run patterns, Harrison was pro ready with his techniques.....and they ran the same times, with Kennision having the bigger body. The choice is Harrison 10/10 times because of pattern running. What idiot ran that draft....oh Al Davis' protege....lolby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
His weight and his height mean very, very little to me....if he could run good patterns, then I would be v happy. That being said, I have very, very little hope for him....ran :extremely' limited route tree per scouts...this puts him in the Tavon range. However, he does do some hand catches. I expect nothing from him until week 6-8. Good to be wrong...... Still, Rams are going to the supby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
“And he was like, ‘Nah, we’re thinking about putting you on IR.’ So I’m like, ‘Bro, for the broke ribs? And he’s like, ‘Yeah, man. Because I don’t know the vibe. You ain’t never had to do this before and we don’t know how you’re going to handle it.’” The above quite was not truthful...Talib coudln't play well anymore, and they weren't going to tell him that....yep, no way. The point with Jones is his mind will give him 1-2 steps that many lbers, like Jabril Cox, don't take bec of confusionby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Anchrum has a better pass set than Evans....see Seattle game 3 pass sets at RT on pass downs. game 2 of 3 from last year. (I know, but Evans was baaad in pass sets, even as a guard) Evans still looks lost pass blocking 1 on1 at guard in imo. Evans, like Corbett is a great in line blocker. Corbett, if he can handle it mentally, will be a power center...like Bern Brostek.......ya, I dig thatby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
These guys don't know prospects like our man in Detroit, Mr Holmes....maybe neither does Snead, lolby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
Exactly.......going vegan is hard....for a big guy :) So, maybe his discipline will kick in and he become a HavII (this guy can't stay at LT, right?) Thanks ALyo for your perspective.... Bad draft, but some nuggets will shine!!!! That sub 4.4 TE will be something in 2023...smart kid he will go get it.by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
I have watched every snap of every game Darrell Green played from 1983-1990. (even Scott Case got voted over him for the pro bowl in 1988) By 1988-89 his technique just got sloppier and relied on his speed, and he lost his pro bowl level of play against the better WRs in the NFC east....his man-off coverage became mediocre at best against #1 WRs. Anyway, DG had all the skills.....but you cby Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
McVay repaired the Oline when he signed on in 2017. That was more impt than Goff....Goff could have time and do his wristy thing bec of McVay's work. McVay knows in 2021 he is dead without a top 10 line...line will have the same effectiveness as last year, only with a QB who knows how to run the show a lot better.....albeit without the sweet arm Goff had in a clean pocket...by Steve - RamsFootballFans.com
