Ben Skowronek- a poor man's Kupp. and, a perfect replacement for him. I saw him get behind people a lot...I was shocked.
He can block in the hole some, and that is impt for Rams....Ya, he has to make it as the 6th WR this year, but even though
other players were availble, I think they had their eye on him the whole time. Yes, it is easy to slate him in as a redshirt....but, I think the Rams have a 2022 plan with him.
Alairic Jackson: he will be come a starter in the NFL, maybe only at guard....however, obviously he took huge steps at senior bowl and furthered his commitment by controlling his weight through a hard diet for O lineman, lol (vegan).
He has the skill and everything to be a very good guard, just like D Edwards and Anchrum....but, needs training, and ya, his strength is Noteboom-low, I guess, lol.
Jackson is a 4th round talent, that needs to grow into his talent. rams have been amazing at drafting o lineman since McVay came on board; Anchrum last year in the 7th and and Jackson both have some hidden talent that will make them NFL starters.
Adding: LT in 2022 is a mystery, and no it won't be Noteboom, unless Rams win the super bowl.....they will be in it, that I know....just, can they win it? If they win it, I say go with Noteboom, and see what happens, lol.....but he is as weak as it gets...I always thought Wayne Gandy was weak STRENGTH-wise , though naturally strong ( he didn't do weights, per J Slater, I believe)...
Rams are fine on the line in 2021. In 2020, I said top 12 for Rams line mostly likely, and maybe even top 8 if "Edwards continues...." (I didn't know he would come in via injury in game 2, lol)....I was more than right, and I see the same for 2021, ya, even Whit goes down, they will have enough to be a top 10 line. Anchrum and Noteboom and to a lesser extent Evans are more than good enough as backups to help round out the line. Hav might be the most valuable....because if Noteboom goes in for him that is trouble, lol....no running right, lol.
