Like every word Merlin....though Edwards is very good, I think he is no pro bowler--still looks off in pass blocking too much...some times he is great in the run game,sometimes avg. Overall,for a 5th rounder, he is an A+ return.
I am very unimpressed with Evans in pass pro...but he is lil bit of a mauler...him and Corbett would do wonders for the Rams interior.
In fact, if Evans or Anchrum start at Right guard with Corbett, Rams will be looking like 1986 in the run game in 2021....I have zero doubt about that.
Rich Gannon sucked for about 8-9 years, and
then became a pro bowler when Gruden took him off the dumpster heap.
Stafford has been b+ his whole career---in McVay's system I expect A to A+ for sure.....no doubt...what that means for wins is probably at least 12 and up to 14, as long as Defense is top 8. I have seen a few 1990-91 games with Gannon playing, and he was C- level player at best....a career backup type.
Stafford, with a run game, with his intelligence will have Rams offense at 2018 and more level.
Stafford will learn how to win games without having to be super star
