I rarely like drafting CB in the first. Doesn't mean that 1st round CBs aren't good, obviously. Just means that some things that are intangible often make a better corner. Josh Norman Asomugha Sherman Slay was a second. So if it's a first round guy I need to know how committed he is, and if there might be another position available where you're less likely to hit in later rounds. QBs CW DM JD JMcC WR MHJ MN RO KC TE BB OT OF JA TF JL DT JN EDGE LL JV DT CB KM That's 18. Anyone changes positions or makes an error ... one of those could be ours. We could also move up with the extra pick we get from Ra getting a HC gig. For me this leaves Chop Robinson and Cooper Dejean ... or a trade down. Likely a trade down.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Luke Lachey and Erik All. Lachey is going back to school and listed as the top TE prospect next year. All should be there in the 5th or 6th ... he's a transfer from Michigan. Also a note ... Egbuka went back for his senior year. Not super surprising with all the talent rising around him and him not having the best year.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Add a pick around 100 for Ra.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
That's why I got into draft scouting ... now the only time I have to do nothing is after mini camp ... and I'm in garden mode. Ill be watching the top college games I missed (I have a database) ... then the Senior Bowl and Shrine game ... Then possibly a few more games ... then the Combine ... Then Pro days 1 by 1 ... Then Intrigue season which is barely better than no football.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Good for him, USC needs him and it's a spotlight gig.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Exiting early probably helps his chances given the sheer amount of HC gigs open.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
IMO 2 things would have to happen. 1st, he'd have to be considered 3rd or 4th at his position after the combine by the community ... odds are he can't do anything for me to drop him from being the 2nd. That's tough. Latu is my top 5 ... then I have DT, then Verse. If someone thinks Verse is better (likely a 4-3 team) that's one thing ... Then we'd have to see a run on offense. 4 WRs,by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
If he leaves (and good for him) he's likely taking Fifita and McMillan with him. Keeping Washington relevant immediately.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Wrestling ... I was JV on a good team and the kid I was wrestling was a regional champ on varsity being punished for missing weight. I didn't know. He broke my nose in the first minute. But he couldn't pin me or get a tech finish ... so his school only got 3 points instead of 6. Lions were making a run this year, we're in a rebuild. It was a great showing.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Edge, CB, S, C, WR, TE, backup QB, PK. Probably LT and RT. I think we're drafting 19 or 20 depending on the Steelers game. Let's see what I got. Noting ... I would prefer to pry a CB away from a team getting cap heavy. Or an edge. Edge is less likely I believe, but Jacksonville may blow it with Allen. Edge ... 1st round I don't think the top 3 fall ... but Chop Robinson will be thereby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
But it'll be the 9ers.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Arizona finished 11th and has the #1 WR for 2025 with possibly the best QB/WR duo in the nation. He's already at a major college and his job to turn it around there was stunningly well planned. Year 1 culture. Year 2 Offense Year 3 Defense. This is year 3 and they finished 11th in the country. So I guess they mean, by salary?by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

Kids get to see playoff culture in year one? This group? I'm prepared for it to be a nail biter ... Campbell will have his boys ready to roll. Should really be the best game of the weekend. I want big splash plays for both teams.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
Right... I think what we're seeing isn't a whiny "I want this guy" But a justly frustrated "the team wants this guy as do I, and I'm willing to put my career on the line for them by making a serious statement." Has to be considered. And I'd make the trade.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

I'm fine with it. This year has been a gravy boat. If we lose because of lack of preparation or we get blown out I'll be upset. But the lions can play.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com

Combo of Inconsistencies in his motion and footwork/trusting his arm leading to badly missed throws sometimes. "Not smooth" Doesn't mean he can't dot an I from 30 yards now and again ... he's gifted with a great arm. His misses are just usually going to be bad because of the lack of natural adherence to the mechanics. If I were to compare two ... The whole thing was kind of surreal. It was a game without playoff issues, but the fact that we won kinda matters because it sets us up for a very media focused game, which works for us and against Jared. In fact, if they beat us, it should portend them going to the super bowl because it's going to take a lot of "coming together under pressure" for them to beat our gunslinging offenseby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
My brother says literally the same thing. Every game now. I can't even try to spin it because it's simply true.by alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
By necessity he started playing a new position and he did okay in some roles... If I had my way I'd have him play that role AND LDE, primarily LDE. I'd enjoy him spelling an outside backer on early downs with specific attention to his not carrying TEs or RBs downfield. He's versatile and athletic. He's trained at both positions... Let him play both. But we need an edge presence oppby alyoshamucci - RamsFootballFans.com
