Same garbage as the start of last season.by RustyRay - Game Time Forum
The Niners love short passes and slants and the Rams are playing to give that to them? Can anyone answer why? Why donby RustyRay - Game Time Forum
He was one of the players you could point to and count on. I would like to see McVay find a way to get him on the field because he is nice with the ball in space.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
And he to me is heads and shoulders above Adams from the Hawks at least when healthy...expensive safties just aren't in the Rams team build. Derwin would cost picks and money. It's time the Rams do what they can with the Roster they have and try adding some younger higher picks on the team. They have done such a great job with what they have I tend to forget that Father Time is undefeated.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRams43 QuoteSpeedball89 Never really liked Jourdan. She guesses a lot. Where's the edge we are trading for? I really liked Vinnie. But Jourdan is in a class by herself. Couldnt agree more, I almost feel spoiled reading her articles, and tweets and listening to her POD. She is a fantastic journalist.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
QuoteRamstien I will never forget when I was in Knoxville and the Vols were playing Indiana, that day. I did not know much about Indiana but after that game I walked away impressed my the TE named Hopkins. He must have caught 10 or 12 passes, in that game. I was delighted when I later learned the Rams drafted him. I have always wondered why he has not received more opportunities with the Rams butby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Article is just a clicker..by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He would only miss around 4 or 5 games, not bad for salary and contract overall. If it in late November? You just can't pay him like a full time player in 22 when he is likely to miss over half the season. My personal opinion is the Rams would be a much better offense and football team with Beckam Jr being part of it. He made the O go last year after they lost Woods, he was stellar and haby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
A really really good player on those really good 80s teams.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He was a pretty decent QB. He just wasn't the guy.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He was on some terrible football teams and he was the only weapon the Rams had and the only thing the other team needed to stop. He was rarely stopped and the guy was just a warrior and total pro...never complained and always played as hard as anyone on the field. That said he is #3 but I am hard pressed not to think he wouldn't be #2 or #1 if the Rams had simply been more competitive whiby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
To name just a few.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
The coach doesn't do it...and the players don't do it just to do it. To me if the Rams coaches and players are giving out compliments we should all listen. They don't just give out freebees on this team..when you hear the coach say good things it is usually followed by playing time and the player making plays. I have heard enough from the right people on this team and staff to believeby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Now the Texans get a slew of picks for a guy who will likely be suspended by the NFL for this season and maybe forever depending on how deep his disgusting behavior goes. The Texans knew and know what this was and is and they fleeced the Browns...imo both Franchises should be ashamed for allowing this guy to take their money and disrespect the league.. He simply belongs in jail...he doesn'by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Big Whit came back to play this season if needed because of injury ala Weddle? I am almost expecting it...I am kind of sad he retired, he was a huge part of this team.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
What a joke. There are only a few coaches on his level and they are from his coaching tree...McCarthy are you kidding? Cheatin Pete? I can live with Reid and Hoodie because they have longer-term success, but cmon the rest of that list Kingsbury? Nobody is taking any of them over our Coach.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
1. The threat came well before contract talks became public knowledge. He has talked about playing 8 years his whole career and several of his teammates knew of his thoughts about calling it a day before any of us fans did..and well before the renegotiation of his deal was in the works. You can look at it both ways, the Rams obviously know what he means to them and their chances not only to win bby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Donald didn't threaten to retire if he didn't get his number. He has talked about 8 years for some time and it's realistic that he may have stepped away new deal or not. Guys get paid, they will play it however they want. Donald is one of the greatest Rams players of all time. He makes so many plays and makes everyone else on D better because of his greatness. I just have a hard timeby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He goes and gets it. That pick against Tampa was a play that a pro bowl safety makes. Scott should be starting this season, I think with him and Fuller the Rams are solid at S.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
There is nobody better to learn from than 10. If he truly takes the guidance from Kupp, with his god given speed and talent with the ball the Rams could have a very special extra weapon this season.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
The teams cut guys during contracts all the time, so for the same reason a great player like Donald who played out four years of a six-year deal and wants a new contract I see no problem with it. This is all bluster anyway...negotiating 101, use whatever leverage you have to get what you think you deserve or are worth. If Donald retires now the Rams go from a SuperBowl favorite to a playofby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Why did the Rams stop using Sony in the playoffs? I don't understand that decision. I love Akers and he would easily be my top choice of backs last year if he was fully healthy and ready to go. Sony clearly (in my opinion) was the Rams best running back last year when you factor in health, and ball security. He was steady and he piled up yards and wore teams down and he produced. I was diby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
The pining for a different player and the what-ifs and coulda shouldas...with Creed. Snead and McVay do pretty well in the draft, McVay has done pretty well drafting WR's. Tutu didn't have a chance last season even if he had stayed healthy there was no room for him period. I see a lot of Tavon in Tutu...doesn't mean he is or can't be more, he can. Watch his College tape he can play anby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
To let the players they have drafted or developed like Hollins and or Lewis play. Its how the team build works at other positions, why not let it work at the Edge on the other side of Floyd. I am not so sure they dont have what they need already. Let Hollins, Lewis and Garrett play and see what they can do. I would much rather have them go sign OBJ and the Giants just cut CB and then getby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Now I just want him to go away. His play will decline and the Bills regardless of it being a 3-year deal are on the hook for that expensive 33-year-old edge player without Donald and Gaines and Floyd to work off of and with. Thankful for his work in helping them become champs, it would have really burned had that not happened and they burned those picks for him and got a half-season of his plaby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Seriously? Is he paying attention.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He may not be a huge need for the Rams, but man he would be a valuable backup and I really like him as a developmental QB.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
I would love for the Rams to pick the Alabama RB if they have the chance. He is a perfect fit & missing piece in the backfield. He is a bully and would be a nice pairing with Akers and Hendu. Oline is a place I would love to see the Rams spend the 3rd and 4th round picks if they can't land the RB or choose not to. They are going to need a couple of guys to step in a year or two from now.by RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
Fisher made a salary based on his career record of over .500 and he had a Superbowl and multiple playoff resume and moved the Oilers franchise. I won't argue that he didn't live up to expectations with the Rams, but he certainly was a step up from previous regimes. With how bad the Rams were before him and how he changed the overall outlook of the team and franchise and started the buildby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
He made the Rams a better team and organization. He took them from pitiful to competitive. He wasn't the coach to do the full turn around but he put talent on the team and he changed the perception of the Rams overall and he handled the move from St. Louis to LA very well. The Rams were a total joke before Fisher, with him they were better period and he set the stage for a better coach to compby RustyRay - RamsFootballFans.com
