We are absolutely loaded at RB. And at least 3 deep with real quality. If all of our other position groups enjoyed similar quality and depth... Well, we would be prohibitive SB favorites, wouldn't we? Lol.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Very nice post there, leaf. I wouldn't be so hard on yourself though, if I were you. For one thing, Brown has been a VERY pleasant surprise for a lot of us. Even Alyo, I bet. And we all have those players that we were "wrong" about. Some of those players that we really liked simply disappointed. Others that we paid little attention have simply blossomed. QuoteLMU93 I think that's what they're planning. Haven't they typically carried that amount in recent years? My rough estimate: QB- 3 RB- 4 WR- 6 TE- 4 OL- 9 DL- 9 LB- 6 DB- 9 ST- 3 That's a good general projection, 93. They might have to massage it a little bit, depending on circumstances. QuoteGreatRamNTheSky I think the coaches are comfortable with Keenum with the 1st team. Bosa and his agent are being penny wise and pound foolish. It's that simple. He's now so far behind his teammates that it will take weeks just to catch up. Maybe more. Helluva report, 68. And very much appreciated, man. A good camp report like yours (and the one from VeteranRamFan in another thread) gives us insight that would never be known if strictly relying on the beat reporters. Hats off to all camp report posters!by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
Here's VeteranRamFan... Now this is important to understand. I have followed this team through the highs and the lows. The move from LA (Anaheim) to St. Louis didn’t deter me. I have watched this team every year and hoping that this is the year. 1999 was magical, we all know that. I can’t put my finger on it but this team is different. They are going places. QuoteLMU93 I think it's more a matter of adjusting his technique at times. In 3-LB situations where he's in the middle it is more about getting lower, his feet, etc. vs. the run-and-chase from the WLB spot. Which is what they showed Singletary focusing on with him. Not that he didn't know the defense. But I also think that given the Rams, like most teams, play so much nickel that 2/3 of the tby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
You make a powerful point there, Speed. If GW thinks Tree can thrive there at MLB, who am I to doubt it? I feel the same way about outside CB and deep S, as well. GW has earned that much, I think. For now. Lol.by Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com

Quoteoldschoolramfan Get low, listen to Singletary, make the calls for the defense and he will be an outstanding MLB in the NFL. Superb report, Sun. Thanks for sharing, man. Did you get a sense that either of McRoberts or Duke are displaying confidence? Maybe even both? So important. Unlike Quick, for example. I'm thinking that one or maybe even both could make the 53. Do you share Alyo's enthusiasm for Austin Hill? Loved to see your positive comments on Ayers and Littleton. Sounds like Stork might have a bit of an Incognito type temper issue, huh? But the question is, can he play? I, for one, am getting sick and tired of the Kush "surprises". The Singletary hire will be huge if he can elevate the play of our LB corps, especially Tree. After all, MS had a very positive influence on a couple of other inside LB's named Ray Lewis and Patrick Willis. Would be great if he can really elevate Tree, too. But so far I have to say that the jury is out on Tree, despite Fisher's happy talk. Heck, I'm not even sure that MS is only working witby Rams43 - RamsFootballFans.com
