I drove almost 2 hours down there to find out. I last went last Summer. I'm sad because of the memories. We first ate there in June 1974, just before we went to Six Gun Territory just down the road in Ocala and then to Disney for the first time the next day. The place NEVER changed. It looked last Summer just like it did in 1974. It was always the measuring stick for a BBQ Pork sandwich for me and my Dad. LOL Even as I got into my car to drive two hours for lunch, I looked up and said "Dad, this crazy trip is for you." Man! I HOPE maybe it's temporary for staff reasons. Hell, even if it's health reasons, I'll go back if they get it fixed. You guys know me..... I'm a Retro Nut!
