In fact, I'll do that very thing... with the caveat that this will not stand after some thought. BUT.. this does, very much, fit the description of what I said above.... perfect for the song, nuance out the whazoo.... it's also technically amazing AND... not fast at all. You have heard this guy even if you don't know his name... that because he's played for every band in existence. Ok, I exaggerate a little. I'm sure you know Sting well. You probably won't like the song much but you will appreciate the time changes.

This is a very good example of a song that I can play, (or could when I was playing a lot), almost note for note on the drums BUT COULD NOT make the music Vinnie does.
