the owner posted, she looked like a very friendly dog.. we did foster a Chihuahua and my wife, who has NEVER liked Chihuahuas, still cries about giving her up 2-3 years later.. Dolly was a very sweet dog.. I think Chihuahuas can kinda go either way..
