"Burnt" doesn't turn me off. BUT... it does depend on what is burnt. I like Steak Charbroiled... almost burnt on the very outer layer but then almost raw inside.

Bacon I can eat burnt or barely cooked.... you can't screw Bacon up IMHO.

Hot Dogs... year, I'm with ya. Burnt is better.

I do NOT like any fish/shellfish that is over cooked.

Pork I like medium... same as Lamb, or Venison. Chicken I couldn't care less... I'm not a fan of chicken. Yes, I can eat it, and do... but I would never choose Chicken if it was just me. One exception... "Okie Fried Chicken" is WONDERFUL. That's probably not PC, is it? Well, that's we call it here. - JamesJM
