I've always thought pork..

took on a better flavor when its burnt.. plus, I don't like ham type texture meats so burning it gives better flavor AND texture for me, at least... another amazing thing burnt? Cheese! Like on lasagna and stuff.. broil it and burn that top layer of cheese.. I know - I'm weird..
