trying to get those little buggers started.....get them going finally, but have to let them settle in before you BBQ....of course if you are drinking, many put the burger on too early and they burn, but if you are too late the coals go out
I remember they came up with that charcoal stacking thing in the early 90s to help light the coals...thought it was the greatest thing ever
