went out for my workout... long walk and short run. Finished and put my hydration pack and fanny pack into the back seat of my pickup... slammed the door, and broke both. I guess it could have been worse... could have destroyed my phone, my ear pods, broken the pickup door, torn my ACL and rotator cuff..... so I suppose I should count my blessings, right?
