I've already seen a couple.
Child of Pain - alcoholic father used to beat the crap out of his son who was around 10 years old. The dad blamed the boy for the fact that his wife died in childbirth.
The Lord Is My Shepherd (1) - the Ingalls' baby boy was born, only lived a few months and died. I don't think they ever said what was wrong with him but he wasn't gaining weight. I'm assuming maybe he had leukemia.
